The start of the book takes you through

how to put together the different basic shapes.

It goes through everything from the materials

used to how to assemble to cushions.

This book is designed so even a newbie can make them.

There are step by step instructions as well as

diagrams and pictures to help you.

As well as the assembly of the cushions

being explained each stitch is also explained.

You really don't have to worry if you haven't

sewn before as this book is here to help.

The book then takes you through how to make

each design as well as cutting patterns

for each of the felt shapes used.

Everything is clear and concise and easy to follow.

The book starts with the basic pincushions

in the cushion style.

I think I may mix up the styles and

designs to my favorite design.

I really love the basic cushion design

for the shape of the cushion

and the Mariner's Compass

for the design on top.

I love pincushions and don't think

you can have enough!

I also think they make fantastic presents.

They are quick and easy to make

yet make the impact.

There is something special about giving

something you have made yourself.

Whether you are a beginner

or you just want to make the designs
