There are some designs in life that just speak
for themselves.
Jane's Indian blanket is one of them.
Her beautiful rendition conjures up
thoughts of the old west and painted sunsets.
The design honours the Indian Art Form.

The colours she brings together create
a magnificent look that you will be able
to create for yourself.

All you need is the worsted weight yarn,
a g hook (or the hook required to achieve the guage)
and a tapestry needle.

13 different colours are used in the design
and you need varying amounts of each.

The whole of the design is worked in a sc
and by only crocheting in the front side.
This is also how the tassles are created
at each side of the blanket.

The pattern itself is in written terms
but the actual colours you will be crocheting
are in a graph chart format.
It will take concentration to get this
blanket correct but it will be well worth the effort!

A fantastic design that really does look
like a piece of Indian Artwork.
