I've Made Friday Week 179

Good Morning everyone!
I hope your week is going well.
I hope you are looking forward to the weekend.

I'm getting very excited about Christmas!
I've been playing Bing Crosby Christmas.
It just makes me feel so Christmasy.

I just can't wait to see people's faces
when they realise what I have bought and
made for them.
I have bought quite a number of handmade
presents and presents that they can make
things for themselves.
I can tell you on here as Red Monster
doesn't read it.
I have bought him a butter making kit.
I can't wait to see if he enjoys
making it.
I think it's fantastic showing kids
how things were made.
I think it gets them a better understanding of things.

I finished my mosaic sun dial.

Not a very good picture I'm afraid.
The sun seems to have disappeared.

I have also made my elephant.

He isn't brilliant but I'm proud of him.
I still have to add the eyes but I can't decide where I actually
want to put them.

I've been listening to
The White Princess
by Philippa Gregory

I have to say I love Philippa is an amazing writer.
She does so much research before writing her books.
They aren't exact re-enactments.
There is some twists and turns to the story
that aren't quite factual
but they are mixed with a lot of facts
that make it an exciting story
with a lot of emotion.
I learnt so much from this book and
felt the emotions running through it.
I would highly recommend this book!

Now it's time for linky love.
