Sometimes I just don't have the time 

to make a fully handmade gift.

This book is the ideal solutions.

The book doesn't just show you how

to add embellishments to clothing it also

shows you how to edge blankets, pillows

& aprons.

You could use the techniques on gifts for any age.

The brilliant thing I love about the book is

you actually get the hooks so that as soon

as you've got the book, bought your yarn,

you can get straight into making things.

The book starts from scratch and takes you

through everything from preparing your fabric

to how to crochet on the edge.

You don't need to pre-punch fabrics,

the hooks are designed to go through fabric.

The book takes you step-by-step through

each of the edges and then at the back of

the book you get different projects

to use the skills you have learned.

There is also a stitch guide at the back of the

book to help you with any stitches you are

struggling with.

There is a good mix of traditional and more

up to date designs.

They just give what ever you make or give

that extra little something special.

I'm learning to quilt and I love the idea

of being able to bring my favorite craft crochet

into my quilting.

I can't wait to finish it and give that little extra

touch of me in my first make :-)
