I've Made Friday Week 170

Good Morning everyone!
I hope your week is going well.
I hope you are looking forward to the weekend.

Wow what a week.
Red Monster still has his throat infection.
He seems to be getting a little better
but still swollen and sore.

I managed to finish his socks to cheer him up.

As you can see as soon as they were finished he
started wearing them.

I would highly recommend
New Methods for Crochet Socks.
I really enjoyed the pattern and I think
they look good :-).
The instructions were easy to follow
and quick to make.

Three Silver Dove
by Deborah Garner

I really enjoyed this story!
This is the third book in the series
and I've actually already bought the first
in the series as I enjoyed it so much.
The story is about a journalist called Paige.
She writes stories about places to visit
around America but she doesn't just
write normal travel guide columns.
She usually finds a mystery where-ever she goes.
She is sure to find trouble.
In this story she is staying at a spa resort.
It isn't the modern clean looking resort
but a traditional one.
The staff become her friends very quickly and
she soon notices that something isn't quite right.
She isn't sure what it is but she is going to get
to the bottom of it.
There are lots of twists and turns and things
that turn up that you don't expect.
There is a human nature to the story and you
get to know each of the characters in turn.
Each piece you get to know builds up
till Paige solves what is going on.
A fun read and am already reading more
in the series.

Now it's time for linky love.
Please feel free to share anything you've made.
