Having a son this book made me smile when I saw it.
I find it difficult to get good patterns for boys
and now this book is here to change that.

With 27 projects it's packed full of designs
you'll want to make.
The book has everything from hats, mittens, vest, cardigans, sweaters (jumpers) and shorts.
With so many different patterns to chose from the only problem you may have
is choosing which you want to make.

I love the fact that the projects cover all seasons.
You can make something for all year round.

Each of the patterns come in sizes from
4 years old to 12 years old.
So once you buy the book you
can make the different projects for years to come.

They would make fantastic gifts for
friends and family alike.

The thing I also love about this book is the first part
of the book is taken up with explaining techniques.
Everything from constructing a pattern
to gauge and altering patterns.

As a new knitter this was especially good for me.
It means that I don't feel daunted by
starting a project when all the support is there.

You can tell Kate has a really good understanding
of what boys need out of a garment.
She uses all this information to put together
an amazing selection that will
last through the rough and tumble of boys.
No matter what their age I am sure most boys
will find something they like from this book.
I know I can't wait to get started on knitting
Little Red something.

All the patterns are in written terms
and come in multiple sizes.
I would highly recommend this book to anyone who
wants to knit something for a boy.
To be honest quite a few of the projects would be brilliant
for girls as well!

Now it's time for a Giveaway
This is open to all USA followers
(sorry everyone else)
