There are some books that can just touch you....
and this book is one of them.

To be honest I don't normally read self-help books.
It's not that I don't agree with them I'm just not
sure they can do anything for me.

I decided to give this book a chance and I am so glad I did.
In-fact the book now sits next to where I sleep.
Each evening and morning I read a small amount
to help me feel more positive about my day.

The book is inspiring and thoughtful.

The book is split into 3 sections (the 3 promises)
and then into different sections from there.

The 3 sections are;
  • Find Joy Every Day
  • Do What You Love
  • Make a Difference

Now the promises themselves sound daunting
but this is not the case.
The book gives you those little hints and tips
so that you can make small differences that
will make huge differences in your life.

There are people all over the world who
are taking part in Pollay's 3-Day Challenge.
There is a reason, the information you receive in the book
will give you what you need and will make your
life more positive.

The thing I also love about the book is you can
open it anywhere, start reading and feel positivity
being created.

I'm not normally a person that jumps on the band wagon
for something like this
but I really do feel quite a lot of the points are right.
Having a number of long term conditions I have
learnt the hard-way how negativity and stress
can have a dire effect on your health.
Just making small changes to be more positive
can heal you as well as help you.

I look forward to reading this book everyday
and I'm already seeing how some of the changes
I've made have had a positive effect on me.
What makes you feel more positive.
