As you know I am a huge fan of Zantangle.
It's a fantastic fun thing to do to relax your mind.
It's fun and interesting but it doesn't tax your brain too much.

If you enjoy doodling then you'll love Zentangle.
You can use the format to create so many
different beautiful designs.

Each of the Zentangle books take you through using
different designs.
They take you through step by step so that you can
recreate and use them in your own pictures.

Not only do they offer you different tangles to use
they also show how the tangles can be used.

You are given lots of space to practice each tangle.
You can also add different bits to your tangle designs.

Zentangle 3 takes you through everything from
drawing your design, using rubber stamps to shading.
It's full of fantastic ideas, designs and helpful tips.

You get 40 new tangles to follow and use.
With the brilliant addition of the expanded workbook edition
you get loads of space to try your designs and see how
you can use a stamp and add different tangles to get
different looks.

If you've never tried Zentangle it's well worth giving it a go!
As the book says:
"It can be done anywhere, and no artistic talent is needed.
The ritual helps anyone get in touch with life, solve problems,
turn mistakes into positives, be innovative, and become more creative.
It helps reduce stress and improves focus.
You'll learn to create beautiful art through this relaxing and rewarding
art from for all ages."

I received a copy of the book to review.
However all opinions expressed are my own.
