Symprove - Product Review

Live & Activated Bacteria

1 in 5 of us don't have enough ...
friendly bacteria in our guts.

As an IBS suffer I struggle to get live bacteria
as I am unable to eat any diary products.
At last there is a product out there that I can take.

The brilliant thing is not only is it diary free it's also gluten free.

Every morning before breakfast (on an empty stomach)
you drink a measured amount.
You wait five minutes and you can then eat and drink normally.

The measured amount is taken by the amount you weigh.
This means you are receiving the correct amount to
aid your body.

I have IBS so am always wary that it will set it off.
Previously when I have taken friendly bacteria
I've had a bad reaction and had very bad IBS attacks.
Not anymore!
Symprove is so gentle I haven't had a single attack since I started taking it!!!
I would say that Symprove has helped my IBS and
is having a fantastic effect on my digestion.

Many people have to take antibiotics.
The big problem with this is all your friendly bacteria
is killed off as well.
With Symprove you can easily resolve this issue.

It's a fantastic easy way to make sure
you gut is healthy and to aid your body.
It's an easy thing to add to your daily routine.

Whilst I'm putting my breakfast together I just
drink my amount for the day and then off I go.
Just five minuets and I've got a healthy gut.

it is the ONLY drink containing live multi-strain bacteria
with its own high-speed Unique Delivery System (UDS™).
This means Symprove can transport its unique strains of friendly bugs to your gut unharmed,
without upsetting them (or your digestion) in the process.

The 4 strains of live bacteria in Symprove come from the Lactobacilli family
and these particular strains are unique to Symprove.
They include L. rhamnosus, L. plantarum,
L. acidophilus and E. faecium.
They are naturally-occurring on extract of germinated barley.

It is recommended when you first start taking Symprove you
take it for 3 months.
I'll be taking it and I want to carry it on longer.
If by taking it everyday I can reduce my IBS symptoms
then it's worth every penny.

So what are you waiting for?
Why don't you give it a go:

Ozeri CardioTech Premium Series BP4M Digital Arm Blood Pressure Monitor ~ Product Review

Ozeri CardioTech Premium Series BP4M
Digital Arm Blood Pressure Monitor
with Hypertension Color Alert Technology

There are so many people in the world walking round
not knowing that they have high blood pressure.
High blood pressure is treatable the only thing is you need
to know about it.

With monitors at such reasonable prices nowadays
there's no reason not to know.

These digital blood pressure monitor are more like the one you
have taken at your doctors but
with clearer to read and easier to understand readings.

Make sure you read the instructions before taking a reading
as having it on incorrectly can alter the reading.

The cuff fits most peoples arms so there shouldn't be a problem taking a reading.
The cuff does become very tight whist taking a reading
which I found slightly painful as I have fibromyalgia and peripheral neuropathy.
Once you have the cuff in the correct place the reading is quick and easy to understand.

You can save readings for up to 3 people which can show fluctuation in heart rate etc.
The colour coding makes it easy to understand
whether you should be worried about your blood pressure or not.

This monitor can put your mind at ease or make you get the treatment you may need.

What You Doing Wednesday Week 110

Good Morning everyone.
I hope your week is going well.

This last week has been amazing!
Hubby and his brother finished building the shed,
Then it was onto the task of filling it again and sorting out loads of stuff for the skip.

Little Red turned EIGHT!
Wow time is just flying by so quickly.

He got the most amazing presents and some money which he has spent already :-).
He got just about everything he wanted and a whole lot more.

On the Sunday we had a birthday party at his Nana's.
His Nana made him this amazing birthday cake.
Everyone loved it.

I made loads of things for his party bags.

Little Red also got some new glasses.
They weren't cheap but we caved in and let him get the Manchester United Football Club (Soccer)
glasses. He has worn his glasses twice as much since he picked them up.
If you live in the UK and your child needs glasses I would highly recommend
I cannot recommend them highly enough.
The difference in the service is huge!!!!
We took Little Red to a standard opticians and was told
he had 20/20 vision and wouldn't need glasses.
He does need glasses and he also needs a axis change + he has Irlen syndrome.

Very strangely on Monday he started with spots.
He was already take his allergy medicine so it doesn't look like
it's a reaction to anything.
He had a rash and a couple of spots on his stomach as well but they
haven't spread anywhere else.
They haven't changed and are still there so we are going to keep an eye on him.
I think it might be a reaction to a virus.

I'm finally decreasing on my gran's shawl.
I dropped a few stitches so I had to learn how to fix
them before I could carry on.

This is a biggy for me!
Since my conditions got worse I haven't designed anything.
There has been a bit of a block.
I was awake at 3am this morning with the pain
so I decided to come up with something to design.
I wanted something really easy so that it wasn't too much for me.
I decided on a beehive tea cosy.

Do you like the stitch marker.
My mum made some for me. I put them on these
safety pins so that I can use them for both
knitting and crocheting.

Aren't they beautiful!!!
I love them.
My mum is so talented.

It's been a hectic week and it's nice to stop and breathe!
The weather has changed and is cooling down.
It's nice because it was sooo hot and humid
but I must admit I'm looking forward to seeing the sun again.
It's our fault it changed.
We ordered a new paddling pool and a trampoline.
We want Ryan to stay fit and healthy,
this is difficult with me being limited to what I can do.
So we have everything here so he can have as much fun
as possible and use up all that energy.

I'm still reading Dan Brown's Inferno.
I'm enjoying the book but the story really gets you thinking.
It's a scary thought and with it using reality as evidence
it makes you think even more.

Now it's your turn to share what you are doing.
It doesn't have to be crochet, anything you are making
is perfect.

What You Are Doing Wednesday Week 109

Good Morning everyone.
I hope your week is going well.

This week is very strange in our house.
The sun is shinning and has been for ages.
This is very strange for the North of England!!

Hubby, his brother and his mum knocked down our old sheds.
Who knew so much stuff could be held in a shed.

Little Red helped at the start but then decided it was too
much like hard work :-).

The skip is already full.
Hubby and his brother are building the new shed today.
Then it's just a case of getting everything back in.

I'm still working on my gran's shawl.
I'm not making it quite as big as the pattern as my gran
has shrunk and is tiny now.
I've just started the decrease rows.
I does amaze me how much longer knitting takes.

I've also started a frog washcloth.
I'll tell you more about it once it's finished.

My health isn't fantastic at the moment
and I'm having a lot of repetitive strain pain
partly due to having to use my walking stick.
Someone in a support group said ergonomic crutches
can make things easier.
I decided to cheer myself up and get some cool ones.

Yes they are red and little red loves them.
They are a lot handier than the stick as the cuffs
keep them on my arm so I can hand money over etc.
Fingers crossed they help.

Anyway I'm off to watch hubby working :-).
I promise I will have something crochet related next week ;-)

Now it's your turn to share what you are doing.
It doesn't have to be crochet, anything you are making
is perfect.

Aubrietia Afghan ~ ePattern Review

Aubrietia Afghan
Available in ePattern format from LeisureArts.com

There is something soothing about making an afghan.
It's the sort of project you can pour your heart and soul into.

As you can see from the picture above the Aubrietia Afghan is
a treasured afghan that would be perfect for passing to generations to come.
It would make a beautiful gift to brighten up someone's day.
The use of the muted colours give it a lovely relaxing peaceful look.
You could even use brighter colours to give it a completely different look.

The pattern is broken down into the different steps in written format.
You make each of the squares and the flowers separately and then join them
together to give this beautiful look.

Leisure Arts Paracord Bracelet Kit ~ Product Review

Leisure Arts
Paracord Bracelet Kit

You can also buy kits direct from Leisure Arts

There are so many crafts out there are the moment
but quite a few seem to just be fazes.
I think this is one craft that will last.

The reason why I think this is the items you make will last.
With them being made out of paracord they are strong
and durable.

The other reason I think this craft will last is they can be
made by or for either sex.
They are also fantastic for a huge range of ages.
You can mix colours or make them with one colour.

The kit comes with a fantastic book
with step by step instructions.
This instructions also include pictures to make
them easier to make.

The instructions are easy to follow.
I had never made one of these before and
found it easy to follow the instructions.

I made one for Little Red and one for his dad.
You can buy different kits with different colour mixes.
This means you can get a girly set, neon, bright or boys set of colours.

I really enjoyed making these and would highly recommend the kits.
You get everything to get started straight away.
The only thing I did differently than the instructions
is I burnt my ends as I think it gave a nicer finish.
I'll be making more of these with the kit
and then I think I'll be buying some more once I've finished these.

I purchased the kit myself and
all opinions expressed are my own.
