Crochet Red ~ Book Review

Crochet Red
Crocheting for Women's Heart Health
ISBN: 9781936096619
Publisher: Sixth&Spring
Publication Date: 7 Jan 2014
RRP: £12.99

This book is so much more than just a crochet book!

Crochet Red is the 3rd book in the series.
The series is part of a campaign to raise awareness
about the dangers of heart disease.

The book contains dozens of stunning patterns,
fascinating profiles of crochet superstars and their own experiences of
heart disease and tips that they share with you.
You get facts and figures about heart disease with
practical ways to help keep you and your heart in shape.
Not only that you get delicious recipes that are good for
both you and your heart.
WOW!!

With so many beautiful and fantastic designs it was hard to choose which ones to show you.
I love the cardigan above. There is just so much detail and the shaping is perfect.

The pictures are amazing.
They show off both the designer and the project perfectly.
The patterns are in written format and some also have charts.

A portion of the proceeds from the book
are also being donated to the Foundation for the National Institutes
of Health (FNIH) in support of "The Heart Truth"

With 144 fun packed pages there is bound to be something
to interest you.
I also love the fact that buying the book you are also
doing a bit towards helping this generation and future generations.

I received a copy of the Book to review.
However all opinions expressed are my own.
