I know I hear another book with flowers

but don't rush off you'll be surprised.

I know I was.

This book is going to pleasantly surprise you.

The techniques and looks of these flowers are going to

hopefully make you smile.

 Everything from pipe cleaners, fabric & buttons are used

to give each of these flowers their unique look.

 The first half of the book showcases the knitted patterns.

The instructions are clear and easy to understand.

There are lots of fantastic pictures of the finished flowers.

However their aren't any of the process of making them.

With some of the techniques using items like fabric I think

it would of added to the patterns and made you

more able to make your finished flowers look like the finished product in the book.

 I love the look of the flowers and each one has such a unique look.

All of your favorite flowers are covered and

with a different colour you can get a lot of different looks.

 These would be fantastic to add to a multitude of projects.

What a fantastic way to brighten up a bag, cardigan or even a hat.

 With 38 different knitted flowers there is a fantastic selection:

Water Lily, Zinnia, Cactus Flower, Pansy,

Daffodil, Peace Lily, Grape Hyacinth, Cosmos,

 Hibiscus, Clematis, Sweet William, Red Poppy,

Chrysanthemum, Tulip, Periwinkle,

 Anemone, Cherry Blossom, Arum Lily,

Daisy, Rose, Snowdrop, Viola

 Passionflower, Pelargonium, Peony, Lavender,

Crocus & Allium.

Once you've finished with the fantastic range of knitted flowers

there are another 28 crocheted flowers to choose from.

 

Yet again with the crocheted flowers with different yarns, buttons

and items to get you a really good look.

 I love the use of beads and fabric with crochet.

It's funny I wouldn't of though of adding fabric to a crochet flower.

It's a very trendy at the moment to have up-cycled material flowers.

Well what's better than mixing this up with a crocheted flower.

 Don't they look fantastic!

There is a fantastic variety with some original looks.

I can't wait to start adding them to my projects.
