I don't know whether or not you have heard of Jil Eaton

but she runs a fantastic website called MinnowKnits

She is an amazing knit designer who uses her skills

and knowledge to design beautiful patterns

& write books to help others learn to knit.

Jil has used her brilliant designs to bring together a book

of patterns that are perfect for kids to wear to parties.

The Jumping Jack cardigan, with simple soutache trim, 

will be great on girls as well as boys, 

and the Bon Bon Cape is snug and dressy all at once. 

 The Cozy Cardi, with its unusual rolled-back shawl collar, 

is dreamy to knit, and will surely delight the little girls in your life.

You are given clear written instuctions

with diagrams for sizing etc to make your life a little easier.

There are finishing tips and instructions to

make sure you can make your projects look as fantastic as Jil's

I love the different styles the book offers you

and the classy look does make them look

so special.

I also love the fact that the patterns are for girls and boys.

Quite often boys get forgotten about especially 

when it comes to party wear.

I think the projects would also make beautiful

gifts for friends and family.

My favorite has to be the cozy cardi.

I think I would even love the style for myself.
