I hope you've all had a good week & are looking forward to the weekend!
Things have been different this week.
Hubby is off work so he is trying to get jobs done.
I had a blip with my CFS and had to be put on stronger pain killers.
My right arm decided it didn't like working anymore
and I had an immense pain all the way down the arm.
Luckily the new medication has started working so the pain
is bearable.
I'll be back to my usual self soon.
Little Red is doing really well at school at the moment.
He has really enjoyed this week as they have had loads of visitors to school.
Warburtons came in to talk about healthy eating
and the dentist came in to teach them how to brush their teeth well
and how to keep their teeth looking good.
I've been making quite a few things this week and making.
My first is a keepsake box I've made for my new niece.
I also made her a cardigan (jumper) with a matching hat & booties.
She's a bit small so I made her a little cute cardigan.
I am probably going to release the pattern soon.
It's for a baby 6-8lbs
A pair of booties.
I bought the pattern from The Lovely Crow
You get patterns for 2 different styles of Mary Janes.
I picked the one with the 2 straps.
I also made her a hat to match.
They are all in lovely soft baby aran yarn.
I also made a pincushion from the
I really loved how it turned out!
I'm going to make more of these in the future!
There are so many cute and fantastic patterns to choose from.
I also managed to finish my cardigan (jumper)
for my prize winner on facebook.
She asked if I could design a cute cardigan for a 2-3yr old girl.
I am super excited about it.
It's the first project I have ever specifically designed for someone.
I will be using the button method again.
I found the instructions at:
Fantastic instructions and I love the look it gives to the cardigan.
I'll be releasing the pattern soon.
I'm still reading my current book so no review for you this week.
I have been reviewing a number of different books lately.
