Now if you are partial to a good cup of tea made in a pot
then this is the book for you.
What better way to dress up your teapot than with a stylish tea cozy.

This is the fourth tea-cozy title and contains 30 innovative knitting & crochet designs.
The designs are from experienced yarn-craft authors and the winners
of their tea-cozy knitting competition.

All the tea cozies are designed to fit an average six-cup teapot.

Each of the designs gives you all the details
needed to make the project.
You get a detailed list of all the materials you will need
to your tension.

At the back of the book you have detailed
explanations and pictures for all
the different techniques you may use
in each project.

The getting started page explains how to calculate your tension.
Details all the material and equipment you will need.
The knitting techniques including fairisle
and how to felt.
All the crochet techniques you will use
including the magic circle and how to sew your seams.

In the finishing touches section of the book
you learn how to make a pompom
& knit an I-cord.

You also get details and instructions for all
the embroidery stitches you will use.

The patterns are written in UK Terms
so at the back of the book
there are a number of Conversion tables.
These include Knitting needle sizes,
Crochet hook sizes, UK/US Yarn weights
& UK/US crochet terms.

There are so many fun designs in this book.
You could make one for different times of the year.
There are charts with some of the designs where you need them.
The only downside is in some of the designs I think they could
have added pictures of the techniques in progress
to make sure you are making them correctly.
There are lots of beautiful pictures of the finished project
but none during the making.

They have details of the authors at the back of the book
but I think it would of been nice to put the author
on the page with the design.
It might of also been nice to know a little about the authors.

All in all I love this book.
I love the fact there is something for everyone,
whether you are a knitter or a crocheter.
The designs are fun and are bound to brighten any table.

So if you are a fan of the tea cozy
or you know someone who is then this is an ideal
book to buy or give as a present.
There is even enough time to get some made as Christmas Presents.
I know I want to make the Christmas Pudding one for Christmas.

I received a copy of the book to review.
However all opinions expressed are my own.
No monies were received for this post.
