I hope everyone's week is going well!
Life is a bit up and down at the moment.
Little Red has taken a backwards step with
school and doesn't want to go in.
We can't work out why and the little things
he has told us doesn't seem to be why he is acting like he is.
I'm sure we'll get to the bottom of it when he is ready.
I'll keep talking to him and reassuring him and hopefully it will sort itself out.
My health has been up and down.
I think it's with the Autumnal damp weather setting in.
My sinuses and nasal have been playing up.
I'm sure I'll get rid of it soon.
Fingers crossed.
I need it to clear up to get my flu jab.
I'm sorry if I haven't replied to your comments yet.
I have got behind with the giveaway, shop opening
and not being well.
I will get through them soon, hopefully.
I'll hopefully be able to show my progress
on some of my Christmas presents next week.
I really want as many presents as possible to be handmade.
I'm not doing too bad so far.
Now this week I've had some making fun!
I decided to decorate our fireplace
so I decided to design some leaves and acorns.
So now I've designed all the pieces I now need to put it together
I have also designed a Poppy and am just in the process of designing a hat
to put it on
I have also been designing a scarflet
to go with the Jester yarn I received from Designer Yarns
You'll have to wait till Friday for the reveal :-)
I've been very naughty this week.
I haven't finished my other book
but I decided to start a different one.
I don't know who recommended it on their blog
but I decided to go with their recommendation.
I wish I could find the note of who recommended it.
I am reading:
The Help by Kathryn Stockett
I bought the paperback version
as it was cheaper than the Kindle version

I've only just started reading it.
It might take me a couple of weeks as I can only hold a book
for so long but I'm enjoying the story already.
I already feel like I've got an affinity with some of the Characters.
I'll have to let you know how it goes.
Now it's your turn to share what you are doing.
It doesn't have to be crochet, anything you are making
is perfect.

Amazing projects! My favorite are the acorns.
