What You Doing Wednesday Week 75

I hope everyone's week is going well!

Little Red had a great week back at school.
They have already been putting things in place
for his dyslexia.
The teaching assist is helping him by copying what
they write on the whiteboard.
They are working with him on the rest of work as well.
He loves his new teacher and teaching assistant
but he isn't liking all the work.

My angels arrived for my mum and dad.
I am so pleased with them.
Aren't they beautiful!

Now this week I have quite a few makes.
First of all I am making Angels :-)
This is what they should look like when they are finished:

I bought the pattern on Ravelry

I'm making one for my Gran for her 93rd birthday.
I'm also making them for Christmas for friends and family.

The lavender inside them is home grown.
I've got a production line going.
Chopping the flower/seed head, drying them
out flat on kitchen roll in the conservatory.
Then removing each of the lavender to store before being used.

I'm also making another Theo teddy bear
My mum saw Little Reds and asked if I could make her one as well.
The pattern Theo the Teddy Bear
This is what he should look like finished:

I'm also making a snake bookmark
It's from the Snake Bookmark Pattern
This is what he should hopefully look like when finished:

I'm also making Little Red a dream Catcher:
Little Red has nightmares and night terrors
when he is going through a growth spurt.
I'm making a dream catcher so he can through them at them
and go back to sleep.

This week I am reading:

My Merlin Awakening
by Priya Ardis
This is the 2nd book in the Merlin Series.
The story is based on a "candidate" called Ryan
Ryan is the chosen one and has managed
to pull excalibur from the stone.
In book 2 she has a new quest but can the
gargoyles, regulars and wizards work together?
I am loving this book.
It's a really good mix of Arthurian and Greek mythology.
The mix gives you an exciting story that is
suitable for teenagers up.

Now it's your turn to share what you are doing.
It doesn't have to be crochet, anything you are making
is perfect.
Please add the pin to your post & check out a couple
of other people that are sharing their work
