I hope you are all having a good week.
I'm just playing catch up this week after being away last week.
I'm also trying to recover from doing stuff.
I'm doing a lot of resting and recovering.
This week I've made:
The ghost from the
by
I haven't managed to make the whole set yet
but I'm hoping to get some more of them made soon
I love this pattern & I love joyce's work!
I made mine using a hook that was larger as I wanted them
for displaying around the living room.
I've also got a few more of her patterns earmarked
as I love them sooo much!!!
I also have the Christmas Set which Joyce was kind enough to gift to me.
I can't wait to make them and have them round the house at Christmas
I finally finished the scarf!
I love it and I hope you like it:
Doesn't it look so delicate and beautiful!
I really enjoyed making it.
I followed the pattern:
It's a fantastic #Free #crochet pattern from
Sara Duggan
The pattern is so easy to follow. Sara gives you full details of how to crochet the stitch.
What length to make you scarf and how to finish the scarf off including the edging.
You have to check out Sara's site.
She has everything from free patterns to advice on selling etc.
Sara's site is a minefield of information!
She spends so much of her time helping others.
Sara teaches you all about crocheting different stitches:
Free patterns:
I've also read Sara's book:
Sara Duggan's Hooking for Cash Book
This is a fantastic book.
It holds sooo much information!
I couldn't believe all the different ways you can make money out of crocheting.
Sara has some amazing ideas and talks you through how to go
about each different way.
Sara is a minefield of information and uses this book
to help you make money.
Even if you are only thinking about making a little from your hobby
this is well worth the read.
If you are already making money from your crocheting
it is well worth purchasing this book
as it gives you even more ways and may help you bring in more from what you are
already doing.
I have a few pages of things I want to try and can't wait
to use some of the ideas Sara has given me.
I give the book 4.5 out of 5
