I've Made Friday Week 56

Good Morning Everyone.
I hope you are all having a good week
and are looking forward to the weekend.

I wanted to apologise if I haven't replied
to any of your messages.
I'm having a bit of a not coping week.
There are a few stressful things going on
and they've knocked me sideways a bit.
Hopefully if I can get them sorted I can get back on track.
I've lost the use of my left leg a couple of times
and the doctors have said it's due to my CFS
and the stress I'm under.
I'm trying to do fun things to take my mind off it
and hopefully stop my leg from working anymore.

On a brighter note I've managed to finish a couple of things this week.

I was lucky enough to receive a
Granny Square iPad Case Pattern
This was a fantastic pattern to follow.
Clear instructions
with photo's to show you how it should be made and look.
I really enjoyed making this and I hope you like the colours I chose.
I received the pattern from Floom.
Please take a look at their shop as they have other fantastic
handmade & vintage accessories.
I think any iPad would look good in this :-)
I also think you can tailor the colours to match anyone's personality.
If you can make a granny square you can easily follow this pattern.
It's a fantastic quick and easy present for any relative.
I think it would be ideal for both men and women.
The shop is shut at the moment but I'll remind you in a couple
of weeks so you can see all of her things.

were kind enough to send me another one of their patterns!
I just love their designs!
I hope you agree my sewing is getting better.
I am so proud of my pig. I love him!
I just love Tina's patterns!
They are easy enough for beginners to make
and interesting and cute enough for seasoned sewers to make.
If we ever get any sunshine I'm going to take some better
pictures of my pig and lamb.
I am looking at buying a few more of her patterns.
Here is the link to the pattern for the stuffed pig

    1. Thanks. I loved making the pig. Can't wait to make the hedgehog and owl. Thanks the stress has reduced for a few weeks so I'm going to try and ignore it for the time being.

  4. I hope you feel better soon..So little is understood about CFS that I'm surprised your Doctor acknowledges it.. Stress is a bitch...and not to be shrugged away...take a few deep breathes and try to find some comfort!

    1. Thanks. I am really lucky as we have about 20 doctors so I have whittled my way through them to find the doctor who knows all about CFS. It took me over 4 years to get diagnosed. Yes stress is not good, the stuff that is going on has been delayed for a few weeks so I'm going to ignore it for a while. My family are being really supportive.

  6. I hope things will get better for you from now! You're doing the right thing in doing crafts to deflate the stress... we crafters are lucky in this respect that we have somewhere to retreat to when the going gets tough and we will always bounce back :)

    1. Thank you ever so much!!! Granny squares are fantastic. I love the way that you can use different colours to get a completely different design. I can't believe how many things you can make out of granny squares. Thank you for you wonderful comments.

    1. Thanks I've managed to put it to the back burner so am feeling a bit better. I hope my hedgehog I make lives up to the fantastic Little Hibou design. There are lots of crafts this week. I just hope I can get some finished. I seem to be starting a lot :-)
