I've Made Friday Week 40

I hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas and is ready for the New year coming.

I'm afraid I haven't finished much this week.
As you can imagine with visiting family.
Spending time with Hubby & Little Red
there hasn't been much time for crocheting.
I did manage to finish 3 sets of fingerless gloves
but in the rush to get them wrapped I forgot to take a picture.
I did make another cowl but this time I made one for myself :-)

I can show you the presents I got for christmas.
As you know I got my 2 dolls
so I can start designing more baby items:
R.C. & Jack Frost
(Little Red named them. R.C. is out of transformers)
I called the girl Sophie but it's now become a habit
to call her R.C.

I got a beautiful wooden hook.

I also got:
A lite hook.
The weather has been so dismal lately that crocheting
with any dark yarn isn't fun.
Hence a lite hook :-)

I also got quite a few clothes and other things for my dolls.
My mum and dad are also taking us to London.
Little Red really wants to go but as you can imagine with my
illness it is difficult for me to be able to handle going
round London.
My mum and dad have arranged that me, hubby, Little Red
& them are going.
I can then go out with them in the morning
and spend the afternoon resting.
I am so blessed to have such a fantastic family.

  1. I understand about being ill. It is hard for my daugther to take me shopping now as they only have one car. my son in-law took a job about an hour away from they live. So until they get another car ( not anytime soon?) I have order anything I or my sweet Princess need online from a local department store. Good thing is that they have lots of yarn. LOL LOL. I live in a Senior Citizen Assisted Living House. They supply all meals, and we also have a housekeeper daily. I have a studio apartment for my and my fur baby. Princess Cali turned 15 this past July. Sorry to ramble on. Most of the other Seniors are 75-90 years old . so I have few people to talk to. I am a young thinking women with MS since 2000. I will be 65 this month. I love your pattern they are so cute. Thank you for sharing them with me.. Feel better my dear

    1. Unfortunatley your contact details aren't on. I am so glad you enjoy the patterns. My husband does the shopping and most of the housework so I am really lucky. I have my little dog to keep me company and my son helps out a lot. I am hoping to get back to crafting.
