I've Made Friday Week 24

Friday already!

The end of August already!

Well our weather has decided that

Summer isn't going to happen.

The temperature has dropped and it feels

a lot more like autumn already.

It does make me love crocheting even more!

Curling up on the couch with a snuggly blanket

and making something

just brightens up the day.

I haven't got as many hats as I wanted to show you.

The basic hat is made up for 8.

The features & hats are made up for another 2.

I just need some natural light

to take the pictures and put them together.

Next week you should hopefully be bombarded by hats :-).

3 of the hats were possibilities for my brothers wedding

& just need finishing off.

I won't be wearing any of them as I have decided to 

try a different one.

I will however finish them off and wear them at other times.

I'll do the finishing off this week

& get the pictures to you next week.

This week I was reading:

    

To be honest I gave up on it.

The basic story isn't bad.

The idea behind the characters isn't bad.

It's just the fact that sentences keep get repeated.

The characters don't react enough and

don't show enough emotion.

Things just happen that don't fit with what is happening.

I'm afraid I can't recommend this book.
The basic book is full of heo's, witches, demons and other paranormal things.

It's a 2 out of 5 for me.
