Flower clips finished

Hi I have had a bit of a busy day today.  Managed to get the shopping done, house tidied (with the help of hubby) and my 1st items listed on ebay.

I used the flower pattern that I have previously posted and attached them to some small metal clips.

I've put a few sets of booties on and a headband as well as a clutch bag so we'll see how it goes.

I fancy making up a pattern for a coffee cosy as well, I'm hoping they might go down well for fathers day.

Booties

I've just added a little extra to the booties which makes them look a lot better

Hat

Here is a better view of the hat

Teddy

Sorry I didn't get chance to blog on wednesday. Had the worst day ever, nothing went right.
This teddy is made from a wonderful kindle pattern : brown sugar thread crochet bear pattern Edith Molina
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Brown-Thread-Crochet-Pattern-ebook/dp/B003XF22CS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1307729369&sr=8-1
I did get a bit confused on the first round on the foot but overall a very good pattern. Well worth the price.

1st made up slipper pattern

This is my 1st go at making my own pattern up for a pair of slippers for my son

Headband

Made this headband today.  Still need to make a flower to put on it but so far looking good.  I need a lot more practice at the puff stitch.  I followed the pattern on the following link but just made it slightly thiner.
http://yarnneedlesandacupofcoffee.blogspot.com/2010/10/vanilla-crochet-headband.html
Really good, easy to follow instructions.  The pattern works out really well, would recommend it to anyone that fancies a really nice headband.
